Kateri and I wanted to write to thank you for the outstanding job you did catering our wedding on Sunday, Dec. 16th. I've received numerous e-mails in the past few days that mentioned how good the food was, and I wanted to make sure to pass that praise along to you! Many people wrote just to say that the dishes that you prepared for us were among the best that they had ever eaten!. There was so much awesome food it is hard to say what my personal favorite was, but, the Chateaubriand was a particularly huge hit. In addition to the outstanding food, the overall level of service that you provided for us was exceptional. Out of all the various professionals we worked with to prepare for our special day, you were without question the most attentive and responsive to our wishes and desires. No detail was ignored, and no e-mail or phone call went unanswered. Please feel free to use us as a reference if any prospective clients would like to speak with a recent customer.

We have been remiss in waiting this long to tell you thank you! And, thank you is not adequate for all you did for us! We had the party of the year!!! Thanks to you two and your wonderful staff! We are still getting compliments on the food and the service. We received so many thank-you cards, notes, phone calls, and emails relaying to us what we already knew … that our party was grand! One was even in the form of a poem, and we’ll repeat one of the verses for you:

“The food you served was simply delicious. Attractively presented and even nutritious! Oh God, an open bar … Glad I didn’t Have to drive too far!” Wasn’t the cute! And another one said “It was obvious that tons of preparation went into the Sunday Mass and reception, and as far as your guests were concerned, it was executed in the most stress free manner I’ve ever seen!” Working with you two was a joy! And completely stress free! We are so grateful to you for all the effort and love that you displayed. We can hardly wait for our 60th!!! Will you cater that one for us too!!!
